1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit. 

We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up below.

Locking and unlocking your unit
Scan your key fob on the reader. Turn the lock and then the handle to open the door.

Don't forget to lock your door when you exit, as it does not automatically. Scan your key fob and turn the lock, then try the handle to confirm. 

Wi-Fi 
Wi-Fi is complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will text and email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.

TV Streaming

We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.

We always clear your login information after your stay.

For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival. 

Housekeeping & laundry


You’ll have broom and dustpan, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, but you can also add à la carte unit cleaning for $119. Each unit also has a full-size washer and dryer.

If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. 

We are happy to accept your food and grocery deliveries at the front desk. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors. 

GrubHub food delivery
We've partnered with GrubHub to offer you free delivery throughout your stay! To use this service, click the button below.

Target:
Head out the lobby doors and head right down Glebe Rd. Target is only two blocks away.

Vending machine:
On the first floor you'll find vending that has snacks and drinks, phone chargers (Apple and Android), and more.
